It is powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. Oppo Find X3 Neo has a quad camera setup on the back with a 50-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and 123-degree field of view, a 13-megapixel telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. The Neo model also has a 32-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture

Oppo Find X3 Neo packs a 4,500mAh battery with SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging support. There's an in-display fingerprint scanner on board.
